Dore-Mi Kebabs


  • 1 package plain Doré-Mi, Doré-Mi Indian Spices or Doré-mi Mediterranean spices cheese
  • 4 deboned chicken breasts
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp 15% cream
  • Fresh mint (as garnish)


Cut the Doré-Mi cheese into 2 cm cubes.


Cut chicken breasts into strips (2 cm in width).


Mix garlic, turmeric, coriander, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and cream.


Coat chicken in mixture and let sit 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.


Thread marinated chicken and Doré-Mi cheese onto skewers, alternating two strips of chicken with one cube of cheese.


Grill over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, then salt and pepper to taste.


Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and serve on a bed of basmati rice. Serve with grilled vegetables.
