BLT with Brie de Portneuf

Ingredients

  • Butter, to taste
  • 4 slices cereal Bread – toasted
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 75 g (2,5 oz) Brie de Portneuf cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise, to taste

Directions

For the bacon:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Arrange bacon in preheated oven and cook until crispy.

For the BLT:

  1. Butter the slices of bread and add tomatoes, cheese, bacon, lettuce and mayonnaise. Serve right away.
