Le Bonaparte

Ingredients
- 1 Alexis de Portneuf Le Bonaparte cheese
- 300 g commercial breadcrumbs
- 120 g sesame seeds
- 5 eggs
- 120 mL canola oil
- Chutney to taste
Directions
- Cut the Alexis de Portneuf Le Bonaparte cheese into 1'' x 1'' cubes.
- Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
- In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork; dip the cheese cubes in the eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- In a nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and brown the cheese cubes for about 1 minute on each side. (Do not overcook because the sesame seeds burn easily and the cheese will melt.)
- Serve immediately as an appetizer with your favourite chutney as a dip.
