Brie Brûlé

Creamy Cheese + Crème Brûlée = The PERFECT Treat! While baked Brie is already a classic, this unique (and totally Instagram-worthy) version will win your heart with its crispy texture and sweet touch. A treat made for sharing!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the Alexis de Portneuf Belle Crème cheese on a cutting board. Carefully slice off the top rind, making sure not to remove too much cheese.
  3. Drizzle a thin layer of honey over the exposed cheese.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the entire surface with white sugar. Use a culinary torch to caramelize the sugar until a crispy, golden crust forms.
  6. Serve immediately with crusty bread or your favourite crackers while the cheese is still deliciously melty!
