Brie Waffles with Raspberries


For the waffles

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ¾  cup butter, melted

For serving

  • 1 Alexis de Portneuf  Belle Crème  cheese (125g), sliced
  • Raspberries, to taste
  • Raspberry jam, store bought


  1. Preheat waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk and eggs. Pour over flour mixture and whisk lightly to combine. Whisk in the melted butter.
  4. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, cook waffles until golden brown and crisp. Serve warm, topped with Alexis de Portneuf Belle Crème slices, raspberries and jam.
