Scrambled eggs with Goat Cheese


  • Olive Oil, to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g (2 oz) pepper or fine herbs Capriny goat cheese, crumbled
  • Toasts


In a non stick frying pan, heat the oil at medium heat. Pour the eggs and lower the heat.

Keep stirring with a spoon.

Add the cheese and keep on stirring while it cooks.

Stop when the eggs have achieved the desired consistency.

Serve straight away, with toasts.
