Scrambled eggs with Goat Cheese

  1. In a non stick frying pan, heat the oil at medium heat. Pour the eggs and lower the heat.
  2. Keep stirring with a spoon.
  3. Add the cheese and keep on stirring while it cooks.
  4. Stop when the eggs have achieved the desired consistency.
  5. Serve straight away, with toasts.
