Warm Paillot de Chèvre Goat Cheese


  • 16 croutons made with a baguette, or crackers
  • Onion confit (store-bought)
  • 125 g (4.5 oz) Paillot de chèvre cheese, sliced


  1. Spread the onion confit on the croutons. Add the cheese.
  2. Broil the croutons in the oven, for about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
