Turn a simple chip into a burst of textures and bold taste. Topped with the melty Brise du Matin and Cantonnier cheeses from Alexis de Portneuf, crispy prosciutto, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and a handful of fresh arugula, these charcuterie chips are perfect for last-minute get-togethers… or for stealing the spotlight at happy hour.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the plain kettle chips evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Cut the Alexis de Portneuf Brise du Matin into small pieces.
  4. Grate the Alexis de Portneuf Cantonnier cheese generously over the chips, distributing it evenly.
  5. Tear or slice the prosciutto into small pieces and scatter them over the chips and cheese.
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle balsamic glaze over the hot chips.
  8. Top with fresh arugula.
  9. Serve right away for the best crunch and flavour.
