Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
- 8 slices brioche bread
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) softened butter
- 1 (300 g) Alexis de Portneuf Brie d’Alexis, sliced
- 16 strawberries, sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey
- 8 basil leaves (optional)
- Place the sliced bread on a clean work surface and slather with butter.
- Top with Alexis de Portneuf Brie d’Alexis, strawberries, a drizzle of honey, and basil leaves. Place one slice of bread over the other to form a sandwich.
- In a pan set over medium-low heat, grill the sandwiches, approximately 3 to 4 minutes each side until golden. Serve.
