Ingredients
- 1 (125 g) Alexis de Portneuf Le Calendos camembert cheese
- 4 butter croissants (preferably day-old)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) spicy honey from the market
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped pistachios
Directions
- Cut the Alexis de Portneuf Le Calendos camembert cheese into 16 wedges.
- Slice the croissants horizontally without separating them completely.
- Place 2 wedges of cheese, a drizzle of spicy honey, and some pistachios on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Close with the top half of the croissant and, if desired, drizzle more spicy honey on top.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
