Roast Beef and Blue Cheese Sandwich


  • 4 slices of pumpernickel bread or other bread
  • 300 g (10 oz) cold, sliced roast beef
  • 90 g (3 oz) Bleubry cheese

Suggested sides : mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, roquette or romaine lettuce, etc.


Garnish the bread slices with the sides of your choice.

Add the roast beef and the cheese in the sandwiches.

Serve right away.
