Ingredients
- 4 slices of pumpernickel bread or other bread
- 300 g (10 oz) cold, sliced roast beef
- 90 g (3 oz) Bleubry cheese
Suggested sides : mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, roquette or romaine lettuce, etc.
Directions
Garnish the bread slices with the sides of your choice.
Add the roast beef and the cheese in the sandwiches.
Serve right away.
