Camembert and Turkey Grilled Cheese

Directions

For the zucchinis and pepper:

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Roast the peppers and zucchinis until the skin blisters and the inside is tender.

For the grilled cheese:

  1. Sprinkle the mozzarella on the 4 bread slices.
  2. Add the slices of roasted pepper and zucchini.
  3. Add the slices of turkey or chicken.
  4. Arrange the camembert on top of the vegetables.
  5. Close the sandwiches with the 4 slices of bread left.
  6. Butter the outside of the sandwiches and place them in a frying pan or a Panini machine. Cook until the cheese melts and the bread is glazed. Serve right away.
