Our mild taste profile includes our cheeses with the lowest intensity. A same cheese can exist in a mild, a medium or a strong version, therefore the mild profile serves as an introduction to cheeses.
These cheeses are to be enjoyed at the beginning of a cheese tasting. They are more subtle and their flavours are more delicate. Our mild cheeses have a strong taste of fresh milk and cream.

our mild, rich and buttery cheeses
A triple cream soft surface ripened cheese with a soft body and creamy, smooth texture. Its bloomy rind has subtle nutty and earthy flavours as well as a hint of salt, with the taste changing slightly depending on the age of the cheese.
